Welders needed for heavy equipment manufacturer in Benson,MN $15.95/HR

Description
Follow all safety/environmental and quality requirements/procedures.
o Work from shop orders, part prints, route and method sheets and direction and instruction from supervisor.
o Maintain weld tips.
o Weld components and units with specified size and type of weld, proper strength, and neat appearance.
o Obtain welding, fixtures and positioners from storage, identified by part or tool number, as indicated on route sheet.
o Weld beads of prescribed length, radius, and size to fasten elements securely together to meet specifications and leak proof seams when required.
o Weld elements to make regular and irregular, eccentric, and symmetrical weldments of simple, ordinary, and complex design.
o Vary amperage and voltage to obtain quality weld at maximum linear speed consistent with good quality weld.
o Obtain accurate angular, dimensional and spatial relationships, within specified limits, by careful and frequent cleaning of fixture, proper positioning, clamping, and checking of parts in fixture.
o Obtain smooth, strong, leak proof welds when specified with required fusion and penetration and free from distortion and warpage.
o Perform other related or similar duties as required.
Hours:
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am, Friday and Saturday mandatory OT as needed. Please note- this area of the plant has been working every Friday lately.
Temp position but would be long term temp with possibility to go perm based on company approval
Requirements:
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIREDEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
